Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched next day if received before 1PM UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), except Sundays. Orders are sent by DHL, and are delivered within 6-9 days.
Delay in shipping:
We cannot anticipate delays due to custom clearance. Such delays will only be notified if shipment is delayed for over one week. If incorrect or defective merchandise is received, we will reship the merchandise.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund before the goods are dispatched by emailing us at orders@dermatint.com and quoting your order number with the subject "order cancellation".
Refund
You have a right to return unopened/sealed DermaTint™ oil within 1 month, and have a refund.
- The packing should be returned to us.
- Sipping charges are non-refundable.
- A 10 % handling charges will be levied.
- The cost of the returning DermaTint™ shall be your responsibility. Upon receipt of the returned goods to our business address, the calculated refund will be issued to the originating credit card holder.
