Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched next day if received before 1PM UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), except Sundays. Orders are delivered within 6-9 days.
Delay in shipping:
We cannot anticipate delays due to custom clearance. Such delays will only be notified if shipment is delayed for over one week. If incorrect or defective merchandise is received, we will reship the merchandise.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund before the goods are dispatched by emailing us at orders@dermatint.com and quoting your order number with the subject "order cancellation".
Refund
Minimum two months of regular application is required for the treatment to work. Please make sure that you have used the treatment this long before claiming a refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A 18% handling charges will be levied.
- Refunds are available for the first order only.
- Refunds are available for a single mini or medium pack.
- The cost of the returning unused Anti-Vitiligo (empty bottle) shall be buyer’s responsibility. Upon receipt of the returned goods to our business address listed below, the calculated refund will be issued to the originating credit card holder.
